According to a recent study commissioned by BuzzLogic – a company that analyzes social media and runs an Internet advertising network – from 2004 to 2008, blog readership increased a whopping 300%. Today, 47% of online consumers read blogs.
The study says that half of blog readers found blogs useful when they were considering what purchases to make, and more than half of that group said they looked at a blog just when they were about to buy something.
